FORMAT: Two Power Sessions, Three Integrative Sessions.
Kyle came to me through a colleague asking if I could help him refocus. He has been a chiropractor for over a decade and no longer believed in the pop-and-crack methods. He had recently been trained in a more energetically focused method of healing and he wished to pursue further training in energetic chiropractic methods. Kyle’s schedule, home life and low energy levels were making him feel stuck. I said we should start with a Power Coaching session to focus on his business, then an integrative session to look at his lifestyle and why he was low energy (see my Empowerment Centre and Clinical Homeopath websites for further information on healing offerings).
RESULTS OF POWER SESSION 1 -3.25 hours
In our business session we had three goals: Clarify the new vision, clarify the target market, clarify a strategy for moving forward.
We clarified Kyle’s vision quickly, moving to energetic chiropractic. We created a new mission statement for him, along with key points to including in marketing materials to ensure his clients understood his new offerings.
We then determined Kyle’s new target market based on this new offering. At the same time, I offered Kyle a step by step strategy for moving his current clients to the new method which he felt would do exactly that.
Next week walked through a strategy for bringing his vision forth which included a website, marketing materials, social media, local branding and current client communications. We also discussed a second power session to be done on marketing materials only.
RESULTS OF INTEGRATIVE SESSION 1 – 1.5 HOURS
Next Kyle and I did an integrative healing/ lifestyle assessment session. We looked at the areas of his life that were draining his energy, and those that were empowering. I did a more clinical assessment and determined some of the exhaustion was due to digestive difficulties and offered a supplement and dietary changes for energy enhancement. I also provided a homeopathic to help with sleep.
RESULTS OF INTEGRATIVE SESSION 2 – 1 HOUR
This integrative session was a follow-up from our first power session where Kyle offered what he had completed and we refocused on next steps and how to work with current clients in a more personal format without blurring boundaries. We also discussed a few cases that Kyle no longer felt called to work with and how to let go of clients that are no longer a fit.
RESULTS OF POWER SESSION 2 – 2 HOURS
Kyle decided this power session would focus on web design and logo creation. We discussed what he wanted from a website, drafted a detailed layout and a logo, and I offered step by steps for completion. We decided on a specific format for the site that integrated a few partnership opportunities with local companies which could increase his reach as well as an advertising option for integrating one of his suppliers into his website. Kyle and I will be working on his website next month.
RESULTS OF INTEGRATIVE SESSION 3 – 1.5 HOURS
This was an overall followup session. In this session we took a look at his health and Kyle felt the changes we made were very effective in increasing his energy and helping his sleep. He felt ready to take on the new opportunities and we drafted his training plan for his new vision. We also set up a schedule for implementing his website, new marketing materials and engaging the local audience in upcoming months.
